From One Van to Tokyo’s Most Trusted Team
Brook Blend Field was founded in 2009 by master plumber Taro Nakamura and project manager Yuki Sato, who both grew frustrated with an industry that prioritised speed over quality. They started with a single service van and a commitment to never leaving a job until it was done properly.
Today we operate a fleet of fully-equipped vehicles across Greater Tokyo, serving thousands of homes and businesses each year. Our head office sits in Nishi-Shinjuku, close to the communities we serve most.

Taro Nakamura and Yuki Sato launch from Shinjuku with one service van and a mission to raise the standard of residential plumbing in Tokyo.
Secured long-term maintenance agreements with three major property management companies, doubling the team to twelve engineers.
Rolled out a round-the-clock emergency response division, adding on-call crews and a dedicated dispatch centre in Nishi-Shinjuku.
Achieved ISO 9001 quality management certification, formalising the quality control processes that had defined our work from the start.

Minimum 20 years of experience. Hold advanced certifications in gas fitting, water heating, and drainage systems. Lead complex projects and mentor junior engineers.
Qualified under Japan’s Plumbing Works Business Act. Each holds active liability insurance and undergoes 200+ hours of annual recertification. Handle 80% of routine and emergency jobs.
All apprentices work under master plumber supervision and are on a structured 3-year training pathway to full certification. We invest in the next generation of quality plumbers.
Handle 24/7 call scheduling, customer communication, warranty management, and compliance documentation. Fluent in English and Japanese.
